Enabling Leadership Build (EL Build) is an innovative play-based program designed to build curiosity in STEAM concepts and develop essential life skills, positive mindsets and behaviours leading to lasting success in students in under-resourced schools across India & Cambodia. A key focus area of the program is breaking gender stereotypes, encouraging girls to take interest in STEAM understanding as well as providing a safe environment for girls and boys to problem solve together in mixed-gender teams.
The EL-Build ELevate showcases today have 1,500 children building and presenting solutions to community problems in a competition format. The program currently operates in Bengaluru, Pune and Dharwad in India as well as in Cambodia.
LEGO® SPIKE for stem learning
We use LEGO® SPIKE, a hands-on robotics and engineering kit that blends coding, creativity, and problem-solving.
EL children build real prototypes, bring them to life through simple code, and develop early STEM confidence in a playful, intuitive way.
Sustainability In Action
By using donated Lego, we teach sustainability in action — and inspire well-to-do youth to support their peers through meaningful giving.
