Millions of children are growing up trapped in generational cycles of poverty, without access to the opportunities and skills needed to thrive in a changing world. At Enabling Leadership Foundation (the implementation entity of Stitching Enabling Leadership), we exist to change that.
Using football and Lego type building-based learning as powerful tools for growth, children build life and leadership skills through joyful, experiential learning. Our unique mixed-gender approach helps boys and girls learn with and from one another, fostering empathy, respect and collaboration while challenging deeply ingrained social norms.

Enabling Leadership Build (EL Build) is an innovative play-based program designed to build curiosity in STEAM concepts and develop essential life skills, positive mindsets and behaviours leading to lasting success in students in under-resourced schools across India. A key focus area of the program is breaking gender stereotypes, encouraging girls to take interest in STEAM understanding as well as providing a safe environment for girls and boys to problem solve together in mixed-gender teams.
The EL Play program works in government & low-income schools to help children garner multiple benefits of leadership development using football as a medium. The program uses the power of team sports and a unique mixed-gender format to develop essential life skills. The curriculum combines life skills with mixed-gender football drills, and participation in a proprietary, regional and national-level league.
Enabling Leadership Play (EL Play) uses the powerful medium of mixed-gender football to develop critical leadership skills and mindsets in children from low-income communities. Through structured coaching, mixed-gender league matches, and reflective team huddles, every child learns to communicate, collaborate, and lead with empathy and discipline.

Anirudh is a Strategy Consultant specializing in the technology industry with a focus on SaaS, Cloud and as-a-service offerings. Over the years he has had the opportunity to work with the top management of some of the largest and most ubiquitous companies in the word.
Anirudh briefly ran a social enterprise which strived to digitally enable the social sector to amplify impact. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Madras.
He is also an avid diver and has dived in 3 countries at over 20 dive-sites.
Latha is the founder of OD Mantra, a boutique Mindful Leadership company that offers coaching, consulting and development. She has held several global executive roles in a career spanning nearly three decades in General Management and Human Resources.
She trains yoga and meditation teachers around the world and helps people explore spiritual dimension in scientific and secular formats. She cares about educating children for life and livelihood.
Ramkey is a Partner in Banconus, a wealth management company and a Partner in Alchemy, a Leadership Coaching and Consulting firm. He is a Managing Partner in Rasikapriya Fine Arts and a Board Member of Enabling Leadership.
